Lone Rock School Technology

Every year the 6th graders make hot air balloons out of crepe paper and glue.  Mr. Stanford fires up his magic hot air generator and we launch them on a sunny day in the spring.  Take a look!

We’re testing some new ideas at Lone Rock School – and one of them is using some new Web-based technology to more effectively connect with our students, parents and community members.  We’re planning on setting up some blog pages for our teachers to write notes for their students and parents.   We also want to have a place where students and teachers can have on-line discussions of things like books, lessons, homework and that sort of thing.
